A nice little hotel. I stayed on the week Bilbao had an exhibition and concert in same week so hotels were hard to find. Not much to do in th area but hotel was good. Rooms comfortable and staff nice.

The hotel was ideally situated for our touring needs. We walked through the park to the Guggenheim Museum and used the tram service back. The staff accommodating and the room was changed without question when we asked for a city view.

Friendly efficient staff who were great at giving information about Bilbao.
The hotel is well placed for the shops, bars, places of interest in the old town such as Plaza Nueva, cathedral, Mercado de la Ribera. It is only ten minutes by tram to the Guggenheim museum. It is only a ten minute walk to Café Iruna, Bar Basque. The Museum of Fine Arts is twenty minutes walk.

It was fabulous loved every minute from the scenery overlooking the golf course to the restaurant and it’s food, the staff were all friendly and helpful only a few easy minutes from Bilbao airport! I’m definitely going again
although the hotel is not too in Bilbao, it was great location. Close to the metro station and lot of great cafeterias. hotel has its own garage to park car convenient. very comfortable beds and clean rooms.
