Spacious rooms, good choice of food - plenty of sunbeds free through out the day at most the pools ( not in the adults only pool though) Very clean hotel & grounds - didn't see a single bug anywhere! Close to the beach & shops. 10 mins from the airport

Immaculately clean room with comfy bed and great shower. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet included with plenty of choice. A rooftop terrace with a pool, gym and bar. Shops and restaurants + bus to Costa Teguise all within easy walking distance. Breakfast is super nice, chef cooked omlette with your chosen ingredients and prosecco on the ready. And everything else you'd expect. Rooms are very well equipped, clean and well maintained, the bed was comfy. Pool area is super fun to hang out in, though there should be more loungers. Spa was amazing, tried the spa and the massage.

Very late booking following missing flight. Night staff very helpful for midnight check in. Staff very helpful in morning supplying toiletries and very helpful at breakfast. Large room with comfy bed.

We had a lovely reception staff member help us out . There was a nice cafe inside to have coffee in while you wait for check in and shops also. The room so so nice comfy bed nice soft sofa to chill on with the outside chairs and tables . Pool just a few feet away from room . Room service was also there . All 7 pools and beach water was cool to touch first but as soon as you get that first splash you just want to get in . It was so nice in the evening to sit beachside bar and have some food and drinks .the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay
