The hosts went out of their way to make me feel at home. The room had a view of mountains. It was thoughtfully decorated and very clean. I enjoyed having an evening conversation with Yvonne and Augustin. They are warm and curious toward their guests. They helped me to think about driving routes. The drive from Abrucena through Ohanes to the Alpujarras was spectacular.

We loved our stay at Casa Boneta. This 200 year old home has been lovingly restored to its former glory with the addition of modern conveniences, in particular a fantastic kitchen with everything that one could ask for. There are rooms spread out over several levels so ability to navigate stairs is a must. We especially enjoyed sitting up on the roof terrace and looking over the town. The village itself is so quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. Best of all the host could not have been more kind.
