The breakfast buffet was diverse i found it matching different tastes , the lunch buffet too , the food was tasty in general
Cleopatra restaurant staff are super nice and friendly specially Belal the supervisor was quick witted and has a high sense of customer service
Hoor from guest relations at the reception was very nice and professional and showed a great deal of flexibility and going the extra mile
