I liked the location, it was very close to the beach (only 3 min walking). Every thing was clean and the breakfast was good. Mr. Ashraf is a helpful descent man who responds to our all requests. They allowed us to keep our luggage for hours after checkout. We felt safe and comfort. It is a highly recommended place.

It’s a disgrace. This building and location is the best Alexandria can offer but staff and management are just detached from reality and let the hotel descend into its current sorrow state. It was very sad as an Alexandrian who always dreamed of staying of staying at this place one day and when I finally came back, it was a shock. And I wonder why they can’t find good staff and invest in cleaning, maintenance and proper service. It is 100 euros a night which is not cheap but it’s not worth that at all.
