The apartment is in the basement of the house but you have plenty of light and plenty of privacy, so that's a plus.
The check in and parking instructions were clear and sent ahead of time.
I've seen in one comment that the kitchen doesn't have this or that, but I don't get why posting this as a criticism: it's a studio with a kitchenette and the amenities are well explained in the advertising. I think it's absolutely fine for a short stay, the kitchentte is enough to prepare breakfast or reheat a diner in the microwave. As it's in the same room as the bed, I'm not sure you can do a massive meal but that's totally fine, especially at the price the room is.

Wartburg and Creuzburg Castle and surrounding region is very quaint and beautiful without tourist crowds. City tour guide in Eisenach, Randell Anderson, was phenomenal. He is an American but knows German and city and surrounding area history as if he has lived there all his life. Got to visit the physical remains of the East/West Germany wall, and a wonderful locomotive museum in Arnstadt.
