Staff are very accommodating. The price was very good for a night including breakfast (small breakfast buffet has everything you need). It was lovely and quiet and cozy.

The staff were great.
I don't remember much, I was tired from a long travel, needed a place to crash, this was well situated, if didn't diverge from my trajectory at all.

Maybe due to covid the hotel was empty but all was locked up told were the key was same key for front door and room, we found it all very spooky just told to leave key on way out in the morning? Didn't see anyone else.
Hotel is in a great location on the river. Florian and his family were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our stay was very relaxing and the food is exceptional. Florian is very helpful even printing out train timetables for us and telling us what the best route was to take to the airport. Couldn't ask for more.
Location on river was very nice, however, not a lot to do in the small city if staying for a while.
Breakfast included with our stay was super......plenty of variety and great food!
Restaurant at the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of choices and very good quality and quantity. Reasonably priced.
Accomodation is in good location, basically if you pass through and need a sleep, its good, cuz is not far away from the autostrade and you can have a hot meal in the restaurant.
Breakfast was also good.
Parking is free and next to the hotel.

Everything was exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and very nice spa facilities. Dinner was absolutely fantastic and breakfast was more than adequate. I can highly recommend the hotel and restaurant.
Receptionist did not understand anything at all showed him the booking but he declined to let me enter , only after 30 minutes we had a dispute another hotel staff came and confirmed payment was done he failed to even apologize

The fact that there is an outdoor and an indoor pool wit sauna enables you to relax at all times.
Event though the hotel is not very new, it's very cozy and clean. People there are very friendly and they were helpful with my late checkin. Super nice that parking is included. A pity that I didn't get to try the spa.
This is our second stay at this hotel and we absolutely love it. Although nothing luxurious, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the service excellent, and the location fantastic. We will be back for sure!
