The owner and the employees were had a professional and friendly approach.

The breakfast was superb. There was so much choice and a lot of healthy options. The home made bread was delicious and the service very attentive. It was lovely to relax, looking out over a beautiful, tranquil valley. Our sizeable balcony also enabled us to enjoy the countryside, even though it was not warm enough to sit out for long. The room was very clean and comfortable and the shutters enabled us to have the room completely dark, which helped our excellent nights sleep. The staff were kind and helpful and spoke English. They booked a table for us at a local restaurant

Great friendly staff particularly as we have poor German. The breakfast was a highlight. We chose this hotel as a most convenient stop between UK and Italy as it was dog friendly (if you gave them notice) and there are great walks close by.
