I want to express my gratitude to the staff at the reception. On 06.07 I arrived in Cologne at 23.00. Thank you for the patience shown to me by the girl at the reception. Her attention, sympathy helped to solve my problem, despite the difficulty in communication, my lack of knowledge of the language.
In the morning I was glad to hear my native speech and it was an employee at the reception. Her sensitivity helped me throughout my trip.
