Fantastic property renovated by the family to a high standard. Bit of a mix up with collecting the keys late at night and ended up in the main house! Family were however fantastic and I was treated to a history of the property and surroundings by the owner on the second day. Rare to find something authentic, with character and history. Great location and a tonic if working locally.

Breakfast was fine, dinner was very nice with good vegan and veggie options. The rooms were very comfortable with lovely touches like chocolates and bio-lemonade and fresh water - it's so annoying when hotels don't provide drinking water.
