Having our key code emailed to us before arrival took the stress off of needing to arrive by a certain time. We appreciated the board with important information in the foyer. Everything was very convenient. The breakfast was varied in choices and substantial. We enjoyed dinner there so much our first night, we ate there the next night, too. Everything was clean. Really, it was a lovely stay.
In this peaceful and sunny yet central location, DEVA Achentaler Vitalhotel provides a beautiful view of the surrounding mountainous area.

A wonderful hotel for hiking or snowsports, with stylish communal areas and cozy modern rooms (we requested a modern room and were allocated one. Can't speak for the traditional style rooms). All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The spa area is large and expansive, and if you're into saunas, etc. you have several options to choose from. Even if you're just there for the pool, it's a great place. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet and we were very impressed with the dinner as well - the wine menu was extensive, veggie food options went beyond the usual Bavarian fare (i.e. cheese pasta), and the service was exceptional. Again, the staff get two thumbs up from us, as does the spa area (which was also child-friendly, so that's a plus).

The room was clean, but I really extra enjoyed the simplicity. Amazing combination of traditional house and clean design of the room. Bed was cozy, bathroom new. I would go there any time again. We were with a teenager, a toddler and a dog, and we loved it

Amazing landscape, lovely architecture, good shops and the atmosphere is fantastic. (This is valid for the nature and also for the behavior of the society.) The valley of Wössener creek is amazing so it's an excellent place to make long walking.
A scenic place with great people, great rustic Bayern cuisine restaurants, plenty to taste , staying in a beautiful vital hotel. A great place in Unterwössen, especially if you have a car with big ground parking. Very comfortable, quiet room. The breakfast was very rich with big choice of vegan food.
The location is nice. Highly recommended and very good value for money.

This is a great hotel, it deserves a much higher overall score. Everything is well maintained, the rooms are big and well furnished, the bathroom looks brand new, the bed linen and towels very high quality and soft, the area is very quiet during the night and the staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!! They even have a free sauna included in the price. Had a really good stay and will come back.

It was a necessary hotel stay during covid restrictive times... i was the only guest in the hotel and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Arrival at 9pm, key was at reception with an envelope explaining about breakfast and wifi...very quiet, which is what i needed :-) would give them a higher rating but
The location of the accommodation is very quiet, but not far from the center and the Wössener See. In a few minutes walk along the Wössener Bach you reach the center of Unterwössen. Rain or shine, the view from the apartment is amazing.The apartment has new wooden floors, very clean and comfortable.
I was super excited for our one day stay in Unterwossen , when we walked into the property we were completely amazed. So much in fact we wanted to spend an additional night on this wonderful property but, unfortunately, they were booked solid. Highly recommended!!!!
