We had an amazing stay, it was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Germany, I'm not sure why it doesn't have 5 stars because it's better than a lot of 5 stars hotels we stayed at before. The service was great, the staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel looks amazing, I loved the decoration and the style of the rooms. It's super family friendly so we felt great with our baby. The spa was great. The food was delicious. We will definitely come back!
