This room is comfortable and fairly clean even though the property is a bit shabby. The owner is friendly and happy to oblige. There are house rules in German and in English easy to do. I was happy to park in the back. I thought the toilet was shared. It is not. The neighbours only use their washing machine in there. The shower is modern in the room. In fact 2/3 of the room is tiled like it was going to be a big bathroom. The neighbour's noise ended at bedtime. For the price, i had a good sleep. Nobody bothered me in the morning about checkout.

The hotel is situated near the city centre, so I could reach everything on foot. Check in and out were easy, there is a parking lot and a snack automat in the lobby. All in all everything was okay.
