Stunning view, friendly, service-minded staff, excellent facilities. The location can normally only be reached by a funicular. When heavy winds prevented its operation, as we were about to leave, the hotel organized a car to take us down to the valley (on a path that only experienced drivers would be able to use). Kudos to the driver and the hotel.

The Family Room was so clean, and a lot of space. The staff is very polite and very friendly! The Hotel itself close to Train Station, to the Hiking Trail, very easy to find. Their breakfast is amazing! Also the dinner was great!

Swimming pool and sauna/steam room was lovely.
The gym isn't there any more having been replaced by a play area for kids - excellent soft play area, air hockey (free), mini-table tennis, basketball nets (fairground style), table football (free) etc
Breakfast and dinner in the hotel was lovely.
Located directly at the waterfront, the hotel offers 45 comfortable furnished Single and Double Rooms and Suites. Almost all rooms are equipped with a balcony or a terrace with lake view.
The dog-friendly lake in front of the hotel is amazing: clean and easy to reach. Most welcomed facility was the dog shower in the garage, our dogs loved it very much and the extra blankets and bowls for them in the room were the "cherry on top".
Also we loved that the restaurant had option for family traveling with pets. There is a special room where one can dine with their dogs without disturbing others.
Perfect location for hikes and exploring. Anything you can think of is available at breakfast. Spa and pool very relaxing and mainly quiet. Great food and drinks available at the Bar and restaurants. Hotel lawn has easy access to the lake. All staff very polite and helpful especially the receptionists.
This hotel resides in a beautiful place - It's a little nice village near a lake, forests, and mountains. The hotel itself is nice but not very modern. WIFI usually works(Not perfect though). The breakfast buffet was great. In general, our experience was positive.
