An amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay at the delightful Haus Steffine so memorable. Our host even picked us up at the train station as we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get a taxi. She then gave us bolognaise - made using vegetables from her own garden!! The next day she drove us to our meeting. Haus Steffine had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the lounge room was cosy and warm. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was jam, wine and chocolates on arrival! The house is lovingly looked after.
Went to Schwarzheide for business reason and was pleasantly surprised: I had a spacious room with a small kitchenette and a fridge (conveniently since it was a hot summer day) good breakfast and also free parking. Nearby is a supermarket and a fuel station in case you need anything. It's close to the motorway, too.
It’s not about like it’s the fact that it’s there where it is! The hotel is relatively central, especially the distance to BASF might be most likely the reason this hotel is occupied by workers or contractors to serve the purpose of being close to the construction site or plant!
