Wonderful place to stay one or two nights. Beautiful area with lakes where you can swim or hike, or go for a bicycle tour. Very kind people and great breakfast, also vegetarian. For vegans there is at least oatmilk as a choice, and lots of fruits. I come here regularly to stay overnight on my way to Berlin or other places in Germany., from Holland. It is easy to relax here, always easy to park your car, nice to have an evening walk to the old church from OHNE, or the river Vechte, and good beds and a clean bathroom. I look forward to come here again.

I really liked the guest house, the house had absolutely everything I needed. The lady of the house is pleasant and kind.
Located in the heart of Bad Bentheim, Hotel Grossfeld offers comfortable rooms and a spa area. The hotel is 100 metres from Bentheim Castle and the surrounding park.
I love this area very much. Especially the lakes: Quendorfer See, and Haddorfer Seeen. Nice to go for a swim or walk.
Also Schüttorf is nice to visit.
I would love to stay there a little longer and see more of this area, and the small villages.
The Hotel Alte Feuerwehr was very charming. It had nice beds, a unique house with a very cute tiny surrounding town. The price was exceptional for a stay of four people plus breakfast. Everything was clean. The breakfast was very good and had things that everybody liked. The atmosphere was also cute and calming.
We would come back if we would need to be in the area at some point again.
Very comfortable rooms, great showers, strong WiFi, very nice facilities, excellent restaurant and really good breakfast. Staff in all areas were super friendly and efficient. Parking was easy and always available. We were there with a group and booked 6 rooms. Everyone was very happy with Hotel Nikisch.
