Great experience from check-in to check-out. Monica from front desk very helpful and kind, very welcoming. The dinner was exceptional, the best I've ever had. Branislav and Franziska helped make the experience unforgettable. Breakfast was very nice as well. Great selection. The castle ghosts made us feel as royalty. The castle grounds are beautiful to explore.

The location is fabulous, with nice walks and views. Dinner was very good and abundant. The room was spacious and warm (it was snowing outside), the bed very comfortable. There was a hairdryer and a nice bath with very hot water and good pressure. Staff very polite, efficient and friendly.

Very friendly welcome. We were given a large comfortable room in the annex. I enjoyed a peaceful walk, an evening swim in the lake and an ample cold platter evening meal because the restaurant was closed. The following morning we enjoyed a good breakfast, another peaceful walk and a swim in the hotel’s lovely pool.
