Location of this hotel is very close to highway and is situated in a beautiful town. Room was very comfortable for a stay, best for people who are stopping over for a night to continue their journey next day. Plus, the breakfast had variety of options and was very tasty as well. Staff is very friendly as well, if you are English speaker then you have nothing to worry about. They have their own parking, which was a huge plus. Next to hotel there is a pub and fantastic Vietnamese restaurant, pharmacy and a supermarket Netto at walkable distance. We will for sure be staying here again. Worth it!

Ocak is by now my go-to option whenever I have to stay in Berlin.
I live in the Northern part of Germany and trains to-from my home bases depart/arrive in Gesundbrunnen.
So no matter if I need to just sleep for one night to catch an early plane the day after (from BER) or if I need to stay in Berlin for anything else... Ocak is always my first option.

Hotel surrounding is quiet with enough places to walk and enjoy the nature. Plenty of parking spaces at the hotel, at no extra cost. We did not eat in the restaurant at the hotel during our stay. But the restaurant has a local delivery service for Schildow and Glienicke and we have ordered food from the hotel restaurant a few days later when we stayed at our friends in Glienicke and the food was excellent. We enjoyed the sushi and pokébowls a lot. Next time we definitely will eat at the hotel restaurant.

Schildow: lots of forest. nice residential neighborhood.
Good for biking and hiking.
There is a natural reserve nearby.
Breakfast was tippical German based with bread rolls, cheese, ham, jam, diverse breadtoppings, hard boiled eggs, 2x cereal dispencers with milk, orangejuice, multifruit drink, fruitjoghurt, plain joghurt, bowl with fresh mixed fruit salad, hot plate with scrambled eggs, hot plate with sausages. Staff of hotel is very friendly. Room was simple but clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower is powerfull with good water pressure. Hotel is dog friendly and your beloved 4 legger is only 6 euros extra/night.
The price per night in this hotel is very cheap but I would recommend a hostel instead since you can make friends and also I spent a lot of money in taxis , bus and subway to go to the places that I wanted to visit since the location of this place is very far from all the touristic places
Breakfast was Ok, standard eggs, ham, coffee… Very nice panorama from restaurant. Very close to s-bahn station and good connection to Berlin city. Close to hotel is parking for your car and shopping mall. Near hotel it is nice silent nature area for walking and running.
