The hotel is a family business and therefore it has an individual character and approached towards the guests. There is a main building and a side wing. My room in the side wing offered a lot of space (including the bathroom) as did the lobby and breakfast room in general. Furthermore the room was very quiet . The buffet breakfast is standard German, bread, coffee, cooked eggs, jam, fruit, water and juice and so on. Breakfast is mainly served from 6.00 am on weekdays and on weekends between 6.30 and 7.00 am. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the train station and important bus junctions. Even the hotel is on the side of the train station which is facing away from the center, the center and the old town can be reached in 5-6 minutes by foot. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. It was also nice that you only had to pay when you checked out.

Very nice and clean, family-owned hotel. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who want to make sure you're having a great stay. My room was very nice and clean, the beds were adequate and I slept well (I just wish hotels would have newer and more comfortable memory-foam mattresses in general). The shower was small for me as a bigger dude but it all worked out to my satisfaction. Really enjoyed the breakfast!

The hotel has a superb location at the top of a hill with fantastic views of Reutlingen and the surrounding area. The rooms were well-appointed and quiet, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. There is an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Was in the area for a wedding and the hotel was value for money. Check-in and check out were simple and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel also had enough parking space which was important for us as we were driving there. The hotel's parking also had electric charging for vehicles it seems but I did not use it.
A very nice hotel. The staff was above expectation, very friendly and allways available. The room was comfy and clean. The location is excelent, in the middle of the city, wich made every trip easier. When we visit Reutlingen the next time, certainly we'll choose it again.

The gym and pool area were great even if a couple gym equipment (one of them being the leg press, unfortunately) and not all saunas or spa areas were functional.

I have stayed her ebefore. It is comfortable enough and I like the sauna facility. Unfortunately i did not have time to use it this time. The food in the restaurant was good but there were not many vegetables on offer.
The hotel is in a great location and close to everything. Breakfast was really good and the chef was very kind to me. I needed help getting a taxi and moving my luggage around and the staff was very helpful.
