Everything went well. We haven't met too many staff members face to face but on the phone everyone was very helpful and friendly. Location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, so if you want to relax and not being bothered, this is the place to stay.
This was my fourth stay at the hotel. I like the ease of booking it, and the reception lady (possibly the woner) is very pleasant and accomodating. I like the proximity to the university, and all main places in the city. And very close to the Bahnof, which is excellent for traveling. The system of entrance and leaving is pretty straight forward and good too. I have always enjoyed my stay here. Have lived in single rooms twice, in double room once and in a suite once.
I liked how you can get your key through a code without going through reception. The hotel is literally a minute away from the train station. There are restaurants 10 minute walk away from the hotel. Also not too expensive for a night for two people. Clean and cozy room. Maybe just change the bed into ACTUALLY a bed for couples.
There's also a window shutter to keep the room really dark if you want to sleep in. There was no hairdryer.
I like the staff there; they are very nice and helpful. Furthermore, since the room was not ready and we had to wait, they offered us free coffee. The breakfast at the hotel is fabulous, and the location in relation to Pfarrkirchen is great. It's conveniently near the train station and the Stadtplatz, making it easily accessible. As I expected, I will definitely book it again.
Everything was so clean. Hotel is so new and modern. We did not have breakfast so i can't tell. Staff is very pleasant and warm. Price is as written, no extra charges. For 2 adults and a baby only 74 euros. Beds are so comfy and bathroom is big and clean.

The location of the hotel is strategic. It is the first building you'll encounter while exiting the railway station.
