Hello . We are very happy with everything, I came with my friend to the concert and it was impossible to call a taxi. The staff took care of this at the first request for help finding a car, and even in the morning at 5 o’clock we needed a car and they organized everything for us. The guys are young, but incredibly polite and pleasant, and most importantly, they are ready to help, which makes for a high level of service for guests. Great hotel within easy walking distance of the beautiful city. So much bigger than I was expecting, right next to to Dresden's World Trade Centre, which is a lovely glass-covered space with some shops and restaurants. Has a lovely foyer bar, and a restaurant looking onto a large courtyard with a pond. The room was a little smaller than I thought it would be for a business double room, but as we were only there for 2 days, it was fine for our purpose. Big bathroom, though, with a great shower! Would definitely choose that hotel again, if we return to Dresden.

I loved the balcony room. the rooms were very clean. I brought 2 dogs. They also loved the facility. The sauna was superb. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone. Location was quiet and the hotel was quiet. The family/staff were VERY, VERY accommodating and kind.

A very comfortable hotel, near a large shop, in a quiet residential area. The receptionist (Michael) was exceptionally nice and helpful. Tram stop is just around the corner. Loved the large windows in the room. Comfortable bed and bathroom. A bit dated, but still very nice, welcoming hotel. Would stay here again, and hopefully will!
