Hello . We are very happy with everything, I came with my friend to the concert and it was impossible to call a taxi. The staff took care of this at the first request for help finding a car, and even in the morning at 5 o’clock we needed a car and they organized everything for us. The guys are young, but incredibly polite and pleasant, and most importantly, they are ready to help, which makes for a high level of service for guests. It was very clean and new, the beds are comfy, the breakfast was nice, check in and out was smooth and easy the staff are nice. The location is good very close to the train station, near many shops, and small walk to the city centre.

Great hotel within easy walking distance of the beautiful city. So much bigger than I was expecting, right next to to Dresden's World Trade Centre, which is a lovely glass-covered space with some shops and restaurants. Has a lovely foyer bar, and a restaurant looking onto a large courtyard with a pond. The room was a little smaller than I thought it would be for a business double room, but as we were only there for 2 days, it was fine for our purpose. Big bathroom, though, with a great shower! Would definitely choose that hotel again, if we return to Dresden.

I loved the balcony room. the rooms were very clean. I brought 2 dogs. They also loved the facility. The sauna was superb. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone. Location was quiet and the hotel was quiet. The family/staff were VERY, VERY accommodating and kind.
