We stayed in the Kaiser suite, and it's even better than described. It is updated very large and luxurious with many comforts of home. There is a small patio that we enjoyed a beverage on before going out to dinner. The breakfast buffet was included in our rate and is definitely worth selecting when booking. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Christine in reception. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, a few minutes from the train station, old town and of course the Castle with its basilica and excellent museum. I was delighted to find my room had a bath and good adjustable heating (was there during a cold snap.) There was no kettle in the room but there is a tea station with kettle downstairs in the lounge area.
