We had a nice room, which was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced, but was at the back of the property. There was ample parking, which was very handy. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, in the lovely decorated breakfast / restaurant area. Unfortunately the restaurant / bar was closed on the night that we stayed but we were able sit out, on a very warm night, on the patio area at the front of the hotel and had our own drinks.

The hotel is in a lovely location overlooking the Mosel. We ate a good meal in the restaurant. The breakfast was not a buffet but it was plentiful. The road is quiet overnight and the double-glazing good enough to muffle the sounds of trains and barges so we slept well.
Family-run hotel with flexible and friendly staff. Hidden nooks, like a roof terrace where we could enjoy local wine and night views of the river and castles. Handy restaurant with terrace just downstairs. Good location for exploring nearby wineries.
The staff are wonderful. It is a small hotel that is quiet, beautiful rooms and they have great breakfasts. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the food was superb. They provided a safe place for our bicycles.
