Reception staff were super friendly, helping me to find a doctor in the vicinity. My room was at the Landgasthof and was fully equipped with everything I needed. Breakfast was superb - never ever have I seen such an artistic plate of bacon and eggs! And it was very tasty too 😃

Beautiful surroundings and quiet. Big rooms and attention to detail.
Hotel was fine, rooms were a bit dated but ok to sleep in. Interior is so dated it becomes retro. But clean, so who cares. Location was very good, you can park for free at the hotel and walk to the national park. Recommended. Village is very quiet. Breakfast was ok. Especially good boiled eggs. Nice info of the area near the receptiondesk, maps and such. You also get a free bus/train card for regional transportation. Not from the hotel, but from the government.
The hotel's location near Bayrischer Wald Lusen was close, so you could start hiking directly from the hotel. The hotel was great value for money, with only 46 rooms and some (8) luxurious cottages, so it was not too big for our taste. The people were friendly and helpful, and the care was excellent. I would go again if planning to go hiking there
Food was great, Beer was nice, Rooms spacious and clean. Balconies in certain rooms was a nice touch to enjoy the Amazing Views all around the hotel. Price for a stay this nice was also very reasonable.
Everything was great: the hotel is very modern, well equiped, the sauna and heated indoor/outdoor pool were super, the staff was helpful, and the food at breakfast ans dinner was spectacular.
