Rooms are decent size, beds comfortable. Very clean. Excellent shower. Restaurant on site - possibility to eat right there. We stayed during very rainy and stormy night, but everything worked properly. Rich and tasty breakfast.

Our room was in a side building and upstairs. The castle is beautiful with well kept grounds which we enjoyed for an after breakfast stroll. There are facilities for events and conferences. The restaurant doubles for dinner and breakfast - both were top notch. We did not want to leave this hotel!!! Parking was included on the grounds.
The hotel was in sort of a nice setting but in a very sad area. Germans call this area Dunkeldeutschland (dark Germany) for a reason I suppose. Nothing really around but old grey buildings with old people who still think it‘s 1938.
