The hotel totally met our expectations.
We stayed only 1 night. Room was very comfortable: 2 large beds (140x200) plus a single sofa bed.
Bathroom was spacious enough.
We did not have breakfast.
Great neighborhood. There is a parking onsite (we paid 11 euros for the whole night, from 20h30 to 12h00).

After checked-in, my room was on the third floor. Soon after moving in, I noticed that there was some dirt stuck to the carpet. I tried to remove the dirt but it was impossible. I then told the staff in the lobby and showed the pictures of the dirt I had made. Then the lady arranged another room for me on the fourth floor and I was able to move into that room immediately. The room has been newly renovated and equipped with new floors. There was a kettle in the room, which I found very practical. I also appreciated the coffee sticks and the tea bags. There was a free bottle of water in the room.
