My flight left too early for breakfast but it was close to a little gas station where I was able to get some things before leaving. Also there is a restaurant close by if the hotel's restaurant is closed for the day

Comfortable, pieceful area, they allow dogs which is always a plus. The breakfast was great. We only saw one staff member and she was very helpful with whatever we needed.

Nice location and easy transport connection.Just 2 mins walk to S line train station,then 30 mins by train to Main station,then change U line to Messe or downtown,very convenient.
The apartment space is big,can fit 4-10 people.
Heating radiator and hot water supply work very well,we feel very warm and cozy in January.
It's a quiet and safe neighborhood,no noise in night,so we slept well.
I recommend this place for travellers who want to have a nice living space but also save money.

The location is not optimal. The beds NEED to be replaced. The television in our room was not working. The back of the remote control was missing. We called downstairs and the 2nd time we called someone answered and we were told that the young lady would let a colleague know immediately and that he would come up to our room. 1/2 hour later we called again AND again, but no one answered the phone. 1 hour (at 11:00 pm), we called again and a gentleman answered. He had not been notified of our original request and was willing to come up right away, but we told him that it was 11pm and that we were going to sleep. The hotel needs to employ people who can understand German - especially in the evening. The one young lady at the reception during the day was VERY helpful and answered all of our questions and printed out directions for us as well.

This hotel was Great! We were greeted with a very late check in (our flight was delayed with a couple of hours), and also a great experience with the front desk. The room was very clean and comfy beds. The included breakfast had a great selection.
Noise coming from the delivery truck around 5am.

I found restaurant and bars in a short walk from the hotel. There was a gas station close for other options. It was Sunday afternoon so many things were closed. The airport bus number 67, saved 40 euro taxi back to catch my flight. 10 or 15 minute ride from the hotel. With Google, you can take it instead of the taxi to the hotel.

Definitely recommend making a reservation for parking as the street was very full. Staff was superb, Room exceeded my expectations for a European hotel. I was able to purchase softdrink at the hotel. In room coffee was a bonus. Would certainly would book again if flying in or out of Frankfurt.

Hi I arrived late evening and in the dark i was trying to find the hotel.
There were no one in reception to give my keys for my room.
I had no access to German phone number and i couldn't communicate with no one.
The available WiFi wasn't strong to message that i arrived.
Unfortunately in your page there are no details that no one is at the reception the evening.So i had to wait 1 1/2 to find someone to help me. Customers call the receptionist to come.
The receptionist was aggressive and rude and when i complained about her behaviour she asked me to leave the hotel because she was fully booked and she wasn't happy with my complaints.
Unfortunately i had a flight early morning so i had no time and courage to find a new accommodation.
I will not recommend it .

The reception staff was very welcoming and professional. The complimentary espresso machine in the lobby was very nice along with a large selection of teas, hot chocolate, coffees and espresso. I was also pleased with the mineral waters that were in the room on arrival. It's the simple touches that make all the difference in a person's stay as a tired hotel guest. I appreciate the staff's welcoming approach when I arrived, top notch! I felt valued as a guest.
Good sized rooms, food delivery was easy to arrange. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. This hotel also had a little shop for amenities and food, we didn't use it but it was a nice feature to have. The hotel is pet friendly which can be difficult to find when traveling.
We made a mistake when booking (booking.com gives you room options for single rooms even when you search for double rooms), and the hotel host very kindly and fairly gave us a double room for an additional 25 Euros.
Hotel was clean and modern, in a quiet section of town but near FRA airport. The host was welcoming, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Good breakfast. All around excellent value.
Staff was very helpful. We stay in family room and room was spacious. Overall hotel was very clean. If we have stay again in Frankfurt airport area then we will book this hotel again.

Nice hotel for a short stay close to the airport. Clean and seems fairly new. Very economical with a few restaurants within walking distance. Good European breakfast.
We had a nice experience in this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. Breakfast and parking were also free, because they are still renovating.
It was about a 10 minute drive from the airport, a little further from some of the other hotels. But it was worth it for the quiet and relaxing forest view.
