Stunning view, friendly, service-minded staff, excellent facilities. The location can normally only be reached by a funicular. When heavy winds prevented its operation, as we were about to leave, the hotel organized a car to take us down to the valley (on a path that only experienced drivers would be able to use). Kudos to the driver and the hotel.

This was the best spa hotel we ever visited. The level of the facilitates were just mind blowing… The room was exceptional, we stayed in building Wallberg with lake view. The spa facilities were out of this world, with 6 saunas specially the panoramic one, the pool with open air exit and the relaxation room… The staff service was just amazing.

The check in and check out was simple and fast. The staff very friendly. Parking right inside hotel area. Restaurant Food was quite good, we tried the Wiener schnitzel, it was good and generous portion.
The bed was comfortable and everything clean.
The Brezel at the breakfast buffet was very good.
There was even ice cream but the ice cream at the buffet was already very hard and impossible to take without force. Otherwise great breakfast.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would rate it 8 out of 10. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, there were a few minor issues with the cleanliness of the room and some noise from nearby construction. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
Breakfast offer was very rich and so tasty and dinner was exceptional. Very friendly staff from the reception to the kitchen. Perfect.
As usual I was traveling with a dog and when I entered the room, there was a treat waiting for "their 4 leg guest". For me, this small detail puts this hotel on the very top.

Exceptionally clean rooms, beautifully well kept premises. Hotel restaurant for dinner was excellent and the breakfast buffet was also wonderful with a very large and fresh selection of food. All the staff were very nice and helpful and the extra attention to being clean and safe for all the guests was very good.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us. we visited a wedding close by so the location was great. we loved the dining staff - they made us feel incredible welcome and looked after us all week. very nice and would love to revisit in the future.
