Friendly staff, great location , clean and large room. We were travelling from France and arriving after 8 pm. I recieved a Call from reception offering to Keep The restaurant open!

The apartment is excellent, it is very central in the city, the owner is very friendly. The apartment is very clean, the appliances tip top!! I'm 200% satisfied with my stay here. This will be my second home in Melsungen when I'm on business trip.

The hosts are fantastic. The accommodation was spotless and welcoming. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. You are right across from the river and less than a 5 minute walk to local shops, restaurants. I will definitely be returning to explore the local area some more.

Lovely little house over 3 levels in the centre of the town. Separate bedroom on ground floor, living area and kitchen on 1st floor and open to the living area, another bedroom on 2nd floor. All very clean.

Melsungen proved to be a village almost like taken out of a fairy tale. And this is actually not so strange since this is also the homeland of the Grimm Brothers. Where ever you go in the centre of the village there are quotes and figures from the Grimm fairytales, and the houses in themselves also looks like from a book of stories!
A very charming pension - truly feels like a home instead of a hotel - no two rooms are the same (and they all felt very spacious and comfortable).
Kind and helpful staff who responded promptly to queries. The breakfast was also very good value for money. Locationwise you’re in the middle of the charming old town with restaurants in walking distance. We were there for one night only but where all in agreement we’d have happily stayed longer.
Unable to give a true review as had to to quarantine at home the day before our planned arrival due to Covid, this low score is however based on the fact that the hotel still insisted on billing us for the full amount of our stay. Readers can draw their own conclusion as to what kind of establishment this hotel is.

The service from the staff was excellent. I was on a solo bicycle and as myself and other bicyclists left the hotel, we all received a bag with fruit, water, and candy in it from our day’s ride. In 6,000 miles of bicycling in Europe that was a first.
Practical hotel when travelling through Germany. Good when travelling with dogs as there is enough room and possibility to walk the dogs near the hotel. Good breakfast.
The hotel had modern spacous rooms. It is located near the Weser River bicycle route making it a convenient stop for cyclists and secure bike storage is.available.
Location was perfect. After I arrived I took a little walk around the city, hotel is right in the center of this medieval town.
