The town is beautiful and worth traveling to, but a very important note: if it's a weekend trip travel Fri- Sun. Everything even some restaurants are closed on Sunday and Monday. Being spoiled Berlin dwellers we came into town for a Sun-Mo trip, and got to enjoy only about 30% of what the area has to offer.

The hotel is great. Located in mid of the village. Everything was as described. Breakfast was nice, food fresh, rooms and the rest very clean. Wonderful place to relax, swim in pond with koifish and get a good night sleep close to nature. Missen and Dresden are closer than it seems on map. Free parking.
A lovely well equiped hotel right in the historic centre ,lots of parking nearby , loads of places to eat and drink although the food is very good in the hotel as well.
The staff looked after us very well and the manager is very nice and friendly and well informed of the local area
