Cozy, amazing food in a quiet location, but could walk 45 to Lake Titisee which was a pretty walk alongside the forest with pretty outlooks.

Great apartment just in the middle of the Black Forest. Great location, with an exceptional view from all 3 balconies. The apartment was well equipped, well maintained and very clean. It has both washing machine and a dryer what made laundry very easy. We had everything we needed and any questions we had was responded quickly and kindly by the great hosts. 2 big groceries stores are located 2 minutes drive from the apartment.
Very much recommended to who ever comes to travel in the black forest.

Well and central located in the "Swarzwald". A nice little city with all the basic shops. Good location for a hiking holiday as well as citytrips to Freiburg and even SchaffHausen in Switserland.
Though the hotel was in the mountain and not near the lake we loved the location and it’s beautiful surrounding. Hotel and room was very clean and managed by very kind people. All the staffs were very friendly giving a feel of being home. We travelled to Titissee for a day trip with kids and end up staying there to avoid night travel back to Swiss and it was the nicest thing in our trip to stay back.
the room was large as was the hotel with a pleasant outlook ,the hotel is situated in a small village in the black forest area a short drive from tittisee and relatively easy to reach from the motorway , all staff where helpful and the evening meal was very good as was breakfast, our rooms where a lot bigger than we expected ,good value only there one night would go back for longer
The hotel was 15 minutes drive from the ski resort with easy parking. The host was very friendly and waiting for our arrival. The room was very large and comfortable although not so easy to dry lot's of ski gear but the shower was very hot and powerful, just what we needed after skiing all day! The breakfast was good, not a huge selection but fresh and tasty.
We loved the village of Saig. The hotel was traditional and very comfortable. Having the Konus card as well as the Hoch Schwarzwald card which gave us free travel on the bus and train meant we could walk further and when tired come home easily.
Everyone made us so welcome and special throughout our stay.
The food was beautifully presented and delicious.
We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Everything was perfect. We had a room on the ground floor. The location is fantastic and close to Titisee Lake ( 10 minutes by car).
The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and clean, and the bathroom is large.
Breakfast was excellent, diverse with good coffee. Free car parking.

The breakfast and dinner were excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful with our wishes. We had such good chats with the owners. Such nice bedroom with a great view! The city is a cute town and the nature surrounding it is very beautiful and various. We travelled by bus and that worked great to reach the lakes near Lenzkirch.
The staff very friendly and helpful spoke English well (Better than my German) The evening meal was very good and tasty and the hotel met all our needs for an overnight stop on the way to Austria. We did not venture into town as we arrived quite late so we can not comment really on the area too much.

Fantastic hotel for a short break. Great location, with hiking trails nearby and scenic roads for short trips. All staff are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Great indoor pool and even better outdoor pool.
The location was excellent. Mountain view from the balcony was good. Onsite restaurant was a plus point.Hotel was nicely decorated with local artwork. Staff was very polite. Breakfast and dinner was very delicious. Lift was very useful for elderly people.
Nice hotel and staff. Very friendly staff members. Breakfast is a buffet, that suits everybody. Room and toilets are clean. I was there for a workshop but probably all other guests are there for hiking, snow sports etc.
Got a free bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is located in the middle of Black Forest, so a mountain scenery is just outside the window.
