Great location on the hills about 4km above the Rhein. If you are looking for a good base for walking along and around the Rhein valley, it’s perfect. The hotel itself is quite modern inside with a lovely bar and restaurant area. Outside is a lovely terrace with overhead blinds and great views of the surrounding countryside. We opted for dinner, bed and breakfast which is recommended as there didn’t appear to be anywhere else nearby to eat. However, dinner was absolutely superb and well worth the additional €27 each. We’d also chosen a small double room and it was very spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice, personal hotel. Pleasant rooms with balcony that allowed all 3 rooms we booked to have a common area. Food was pretty good and the beer excellent. I would recommend.
