The building and location are perfectly nice but disliked the service quality.
But this time our opinion changed 100%. All staffs are very professional and warm.
We are happy to find this nice hotel and will return to here again.

The property was perfectly located for the bike race on the first of May - which was my main purpose. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Our first night of a 21day trip through Germany & Poland.
Our first night of a 21day trip through Germany & Poland. We ate on their back veranda outside. Gorgeous views, wonderful staff and good food. The weather was balmy. The room was very comfortable. The hotel had a lot of history and understandable since it was Princess Viktoria's home (first daughter of Queen Victoria.)
The grounds were part of a forest environment.
All the reasons above created a most wonderful night to remember.

Kronberg im Taunus is a gem in the Frankfurt area. We decided to stay there rather than in Frankfurt itself. It was a very smart decision! Kronberg is beautiful, and there is much to see. The view of Frankfurt from the Kronberg castle is phenomenal. The restaurants were wonderful: excellent food and attentive service everywhere. It is a very human scale (as opposed to Frankfurt am Mainhattan), and it was much more relaxing than a few days in Frankfurt would have been. It is only 20 minutes from downtown Frankfurt (by commuter train, S-Bahn). Is there any down side? The town center is very much up hill from the train station, and that might be daunting for the mobility impaired; time for a taxi!

It is a very nice hotel and a unique experience compared with other conventional hotels.
The rooms are spacious, cleaned and well maintained. Bathroom is also spacious and very clean.
Hotel has a real gem in the lobby a sitting space to relax in font of big open fireplace where you can enjoy a drink and a pleasant conversation.
All in all a very nice experience and we hope we will be back to relax and enjoy this place.

Loved everything especially the old world charm, beautiful decor in the room and the luxurious bathroom. Breakfast in bed was wonderful. Being able to park on the grounds right in front of the hotel was so convenient.
Didn't care too much for the lady that checked us out the next morning.

I just love the hotel, the interior, the furniture, the paintings - and the excellent and impeccable service. The garden is most beautiful. If we are flying in or out of Frankfurt, this is the place to say - although you need a car. The restaurant is great - wine selection superb and the food was most delicious.

The staff were very helpful and they even ordered flowers for us from a local florist, which we needed for our trade fair stand at Messe Frankfurt.
The location was very good for us.
The rooms were of a good size and comfortable. There was a safe in the room, a complimentary bottle of water & fridge.
Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it, but there was not a lot of hot food choice. The take-away coffee cups were a nice addition and very useful.
We had a nice lunch with white wine, frankfurters with potato salad in the living room at the enormous fireplace. All good and very attentive service. We booked the cheapest rooms and got two very different ones. One more modest to the back in the attic with a small window and one partly to the garden with a grand window. Great breakfast buffet, but somewhat bland scrambled eggs. Staff very helpful and friendly - like in a private Club.

The castle hotel in Frankfurt, Germany, offered a truly enchanting experience. The historic ambiance, complete with medieval architecture and charming courtyards, transported guests to a bygone era. The impeccable service and luxurious amenities added a modern touch to this unforgettable stay.
The grounds and the castle are magnificent. The furnishings were also magnificent, like a museum. This was our second stay at the hotel. Definitely don't miss the rose gardens or walking around the grounds in the morning and dusk. They are beautiful.
The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is excellent considering that there is a train station in front of the hotel. The place itself is very nice and interesting to visit. Drink a coffee and eat a cake in a nice environment...
The hotel was centrally located with a friendly manager. The room was large with a comfortable bed, and our dog was welcomed. There was parking close by at a reasonable rate and there were great restaurants in walking distance.
Dog friendly, they even prepared a dog bed, water and cookies for my dog. Very good location, quiet, next to a big park and not far from the restaurants. Room is big and warm. Hotel stuffs are very friendly.

Very close to the bus stop and public transport. Clean, spacious and light modern apartment. Everything needed for a short stay. The hosts communicated well and were very helpful.
Great location literally steps from the S-Bahn to Frankfurt and right next door to the new Casals Forum Hall (where I was headed). Good breakfast selection. Good shower.
