Very quiet location. Comfortable and cute apartment and great environment for kids (the swimming pool and boat trip were the highlights of our stay for my daughters). The water and the swimming pool area are super warm and the facilities are great.
Breakfast and dinner were fine, staff in the restaurant was kind and attentive. I would have normally given a much higher score if the property staff would have proactively assisted us during our stay.

Very clean, cosy room. Staff were quick, welcoming and polite. The sauna was really nice to have on a cold day. Wanted to try the pool but didn’t get to it.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The food at the restaurant was good and we did not regret paying for half-board, dinner was delicious and had a lot of options. The staff at the restaurant were very pleasant, efficient and helpful, too. Lovely spacious foyer. The room we were staying in seemed newly refurbished and in a good condition. Even in winter, the territory of the hotel and the surrounding area looked really nice.
Great to go with kids. There is a nice swimming pool, an enormous room to play with different games, care children (Kinderbetreuung).
Around the hotel there are many natural places to visit. Just fantastic.
The location was lovely, as were the facilities. We hired a Kayak and went Kayaking in lakes in the area. The breakfast buffet choice was extensive and the hotel rooms were very comfortable.
