The location is very conveniently close to the S-Bahn Griebnitzsee and has a great view of the lake. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our rooms were ready on time and we were granted a late check-out without problems.
The hanging seat was very comfy.

Check in and check out staff was very very pleasant. I even got a free magnet of Berlin (since it was my birthday). They had sparkling and still water at reasonable prices.

It is a bit out of the way to get anywhere, on the very edge of Berlin.
The Rathausmarkt was reachable on foot, with several shops & restaurants.
Several grocery stores were also close enough to walk to.
The staff was absolutely fantastic. Super pleasant and kind. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and nice. We also appreciated that everything was clean. If we needed an extra towel or toiletries, it was no problem. If we wanted to sit in the lounge, there was someone there to get drinks and snacks. (To purchase) We appreciated all the amenities for a well priced hotel. The location was close to Potsdam, and to the local event we attended.
Plain, simple hotel, without any extras, but enough for us and what we were looking for: a simple, clean, friendly place to only sleep, in a quiet area close to our bike trails at a fair price.
We did not have any breakfast, so we cannot comment on that!

The hotel is nearby the high Way and has free parking. The public transport is within walking distance from the hotel. The service desk was kind and helpful; they gave good direction and recommendations.
