Staff are friendly, rooms are very spacious & clean. Pretty, leafy area, walking distance to Karlshorst & tram stops right outside. Parking can be a little tricky but is free & you can pull up directly outside reception to load/unload. Good Italian restaurant on ground floor that does very nice Pizza.

The hotel is in the forest park of the suburb of Berlin. The walk from the station is app. 20 mins. Not far from the airport, but you should count on some time to go there. By taxi it was 20 mins and costs 30 euros.
The building is renovated dormitory. The entrance is nice, a little bit timetravelling to 20th years of 20. Century. The next-door door restaurant has the same style. It's a nice view from it.
The room was simple but comfortable. No bar with a fridge.
The breakfast for an additional 16 euros was fine, but nothing exceptional. My opinion is that it's too expensive for a choice.
