Full of character. Had everything we needed. We especially liked having a kettle in the room and having tea coffee and creamer available. Kitchen facilities if needed. The central location, but also a quiet location. Easy access to restaurants and bakery.

We had a wonderful two-night stay. The welcome was warm and friendly, and our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most of all we enjoyed the sauna area. We recommend the hiking trail (Traumschleife Kingelfloß, 8km/2 hours) that begins and ends at the hotel.

The employees were super nice and gave me extra inspiration for activities during my stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable (however it did lack big, fluffy pillows- but this is just personal taste) and free- parking was available as well 😊As Kastellaun is small you don't have to walk far to restaurants.
Needed a last minute stay in a very busy weekend. so was happily surprised to find this accommodation. Surprised at arrival by the amount of Porsches parked, which triggered the photographer in me :) (found out later there was a Porsche 928 owners event in the hotel that weekend).
Spacious solo room with AC. Quite surroundings around the hotel, a Lidl around the corner and a good restaurant right next to the hotel for dinners with very reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly too and also English speaking.
the hotel is located in nature where it is nice and quiet. The breakfast was extremely good with all kinds of extra little goodies. one of the employees was helpful with motorcycle tour routes in the area.
Right in the city center, has two parking spots but not well marked so you probably miss them when you head for the hotel with the car. The town is lovely, you can use shared kitchen.
