The under floor heating and modern build was great! It had the best shower I have had in Germany! 7 minutes from Europa Park and 2 minutes from a supermarket made the location very good.
The staff were great, in particular Berta went the extra mile and made us very comfortable and actioned all requests nicely.

Very easy to find, just off A5 autobahn, with easy parking and a large Shell fuel station opposite that helped with late check-ins and that also had a good breakfast service. Necessary since budget hotels are always low-staffed.

The location was perfect for us as it was only 10 minutes away by driving from the Europa park and very close to the Alcace towns
The breakfast was excellent!
We also had a dinner at the hotel's taverna where the plates were also super.
The rooms were very clean. They were cleaned up every day.
The staff was always pleasant and smiley.
It was also convenient for the people in wheelchair(!)
The rooms were SO clean and the bed was so comfortable. I never sleep that well at hotels, but I did here! ALL the service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They heard us speaking English and French and would speak those languages - which made us further feel welcome. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. The food is quite fresh!
Great place that has all the comfort and quietness you need. Everything you want is here for less the price. I will tell you that compared to the hotels not too far, you get more with the privacy and all. The place is so clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the WLAN and the PlayStation that was made available,

Next to it there is also a gas station and fast food. Additionally, we did not had any sound issues during the night.
