When we first arrived, we were asked for our passports as ID although we hadn't been asked in two previous hotels. However, the two members of staff that night couldn't have been nicer (Jana and Louis - hope I spelled those correctly). They helped with the menu by recommending meals and dessert and also took the time to come and chat with us about our time in Germany, our lives back in the UK etc. We couldn't have asked for nicer staff ☺

The place was way better than expected. I expected a mini hotel on top of a bakery but the rooms were 4 star quality and the bakery turned out to be a very great restaurant + bar with an outstanding service. Very nice place to hang out with your colleagues and friends.

The sight from our room was beautiful. It almost felt as the Castle of Hohenzollernburg was part of our backyard!
The location is excellent if you plan on visiting the Castle by foot. It takes about 1 hour of light hiking (3km) going through a clean trail.
The price was very good and fair, and the food was also very good.

Outstanding hotel and staff; this is a truly exceptional place. The only drawback was the church bell ringing every
15 minutes during the night and then the LONG ring starting at 6:00am. I know there is nothing the hotel can do
about this. The restaurant is outstanding as is the breakfast. Truly, all best recommendations.
Nice clean room. It looks traditional from outside and it's modern inside. I've enjoyed my breakfast more here, than in my previous 4star hotel. Free parking by the hotel. I'll stay here again next time.
