Its a nice location right next to the border with Luxemburg.
We were traveling with two motorcycles and were able to park them in a closed garage which was nice.
The single rooms are quite small but its good enough for our one night stay.

Spacious open concept with living, dining, and cooking. Bathroom with nice walk in shower, hot water a bit temperamental (boiling hot for a couple of minutes and then only lukewarm) but shower still worked well.
It's an old school house and everyone who takes on the challenge to save historical buildings earns my respect.

A great place to stay. Clean, cozy, with enough facilities to serve you for a weekend when you need to runaway from the crowdy world. It works...no signal for gsm :) I haven't met the staff, but everything was arranged just great.Ive arrived quite late in the night and found all I needed. I'm a big coffee drinker so Ive missed a bit the extra coffee, but Ive survived. :) Thank you! I will retunr for another weekend for sure.

irrhausen is a very good base for motorbike rides. an abundance of well maintained winding/climbing/descending secundary roads. (as beautiful but much less crowded than Luxemburg)
beware : This is a "Naturpark" - too noisy motorbikes are not apreciated
different hiking trails (fom 5 up to 15 km) depart from the pension.
