Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely wellness facilities and the hotel was comfortable and was beautifully decorated. I can highly recommend a visit. It's a great location. It's perfect to see a lot of castles and enjoy the Mosel. The people were very friendly. On a night, we got stuck on the boat, they picked us up from the Treis side.
