I love everything about the accommodation, it is clean, parts re-decorated since last visit. The owners take on board any suggestions, such as problems with the coffee machine and put it right straight away. You see little of the owners as they both have very busy lives and they are really lovely and will do that little extra if appropriate to make your stay a lovely one.

Herford is my hometown so I am biased. I love returns to home as so much to do.The MARTa museum is brilliant. Wonderful surroundings for walking and mountain biking. Good places to eat out. Recommend Kupferherz and La Taverna. Shopping is a bit limited but Bielefeld near by. Cafe Kleine for breakfast. Give it a try! The churches are well worth checking out too. So serene and beautiful - and I am not a Christian.

Great welcome from Nadine who met us at the door when we arrived. Also 3 Herforder Pils in the fridge with a bottle of mineral water. Both Alexander und Nadine were very accommodating and helpful. Since the last time we had visited they had improved the kitchen sink unit. Also when they found out it was my wife's birthday they helped with the decoration. A really lovely and missing being able to book it next summer.
The room was well presented and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and well laid out, a member of staff was always available to replenish items as required. The hotel is well located right in the front of the town centre and everything is all within walking distance, i.e. the train station, restaurant’s and shops. This was our third visit and we have already booked a room for next year as we like it so much.
I don't know how to explain this, but I did not stay in this apartment exactly because I discovered that they had transferred me to another "hotel" located near them. Although I had taken an entire apartment, I discovered that what was available was a small room in a hotel. I accepted the offer because I did not want to waste time. I either look for something else or I don't find anything good nearby.
Very clean and beautiful modern rooms with most rooms have balcony, a nice view towards the river. , located a minute alway from town city. This is the only Hotel i can recommend People. You won’t regret 👍👍👍🥰
Location is great if you travel by car, the highway is just a couple of yards away. There is free parking space on site.
The hotel also doubles as a restaurant with excellent food and reasonable prices.

I liked everything about this hotel. They had a safe place to keep my bike overnight, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great and the room was very nice.
Breakfast was excellent & part of your room rate. It is situated on top of a hill overlooking the town of Herford. We found the place to be quiet and peaceful.
