The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They provided help, even without me asking. The lady was even remembering the names of a couple of guests. The breakfast looks small but has a lot of fresh options. Food is replenished very fast and the provide choices you won't find anywhere else (mini mozzarella with tomatoes, ginger shots).

I stayed in Heilbronn one night for work and I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was kind and patient. The atmosphere inside is very calming and refreshing. Despite being on a trafficked road, there was low noise from the cars and trains. The room was spacious and cosy. Especially the bathroom, which was clean, functional and beautiful. The themed room is a nice plus. Mine was Sydney.

BUGA was the draw, and it was well worth it. Loved the area and the revitalized neighborhoods nearby including the canals. The astronomical clock at the Rathaus was fascinating. Great paths for walking and biking along the riverways. Good and new public transportation.

Good food and wine/beer. The city was heavily damaged during WWII and was rebuild in the typical, unassuming 1950th style, so do not expect to come here for much of history. The surrounding vineyards are lovely and makes Heilbronn as a perfect place to explore the country side.
For two (2) **+ hotel, it is fabulous!
The Accor chain hotels offer a certain standard level of quality and I am always happy when I stay in an Ibis, Novotel, Mercure or Sofitel.
I loved the comfortable mattress, the very well and pratical designed room and toilet, the fabulus breakfast (even a waffle maker!) in a well lit, nice colors breakfast room.
The location is also great.
A walking distance from the train station and to the city's center.
Next time in Heilbronn, I will stay there again!
Location is great, except that church bells are quite loud and start ringing at 7 AM. (hotel does supply ear plugs).
Hotel is very beautifully furnished, lots of flair and thought went into the decor. Corridors are full of areas with lovely sculpture and healthy looking house plants. We met the person running the hotel, he was also very friendly and informative.
The Location was very good, it was quiet. The furniture in the Room was new and it was very clean and cosy.
The staff were exceptional friendly. There was a common room and there were drinks and an oven and I assume that the WiFi ist better in this room as it was in my own. The hotel ist near to the city center. I felt really excellent!
Availability, staff always ready to help, the room was clean and spacious with everything required for a good stay, we were traveling with a small dog and even it was comfortable. The hotel is in the great place near the highway and offers good breakfasts and the dishes in the restaurant is really delicious.
Super place for people who traverse Europe and need calm place near highway to stop. Personel very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel for people with dog. Hotel is extremely friendly for animals and is located in the area with many space for walk with dog.
Looks like the hotel was recently renovated. Everything was clean and feels new. 24 hours front desk with the bar downstairs was great. The rooms are big and clean. The shower had strong water pressure and very hot water.
All in all, one of the best value for money I had.

Very beautiful hotel. Wonderful polite service, clean spacious room, nice window view to the garden, breakfast was included. Not too close to the city center (but located in a calm green picturesque district).
After my reservation at this hotel was cancelled, they said sorry and said we are full. Nevertheless, we are compensated. But I don't know who's fault it is Booking.com or the hotel.
Breakfast was really nice with a good amount of options. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Room was nice and clean. And with car you are in no tim in the center of Heilbronn.
We were satisfied. Appreciate the nearby parking and the very city center locality of the hotel, we could go for walk after our arrival, everything was very close.
