The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They provided help, even without me asking. The lady was even remembering the names of a couple of guests. The breakfast looks small but has a lot of fresh options. Food is replenished very fast and the provide choices you won't find anywhere else (mini mozzarella with tomatoes, ginger shots).

I stayed in Heilbronn one night for work and I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was kind and patient. The atmosphere inside is very calming and refreshing. Despite being on a trafficked road, there was low noise from the cars and trains. The room was spacious and cosy. Especially the bathroom, which was clean, functional and beautiful. The themed room is a nice plus. Mine was Sydney.

BUGA was the draw, and it was well worth it. Loved the area and the revitalized neighborhoods nearby including the canals. The astronomical clock at the Rathaus was fascinating. Great paths for walking and biking along the riverways. Good and new public transportation.

Good food and wine/beer. The city was heavily damaged during WWII and was rebuild in the typical, unassuming 1950th style, so do not expect to come here for much of history. The surrounding vineyards are lovely and makes Heilbronn as a perfect place to explore the country side.

The city is very green, especially with the Bundesgartenschau close to the heart of the centre. The river walk makes for enjoyable walks in romantic scenery without motor traffic. There are lots of cyclists all over the town. Heilbronn has some excellent restaurants, I highly recommend Velo which offers delicious vegan food, nicely presented. Make sure to book a table, it seems to be a popular place.
For two (2) **+ hotel, it is fabulous!
The Accor chain hotels offer a certain standard level of quality and I am always happy when I stay in an Ibis, Novotel, Mercure or Sofitel.
I loved the comfortable mattress, the very well and pratical designed room and toilet, the fabulus breakfast (even a waffle maker!) in a well lit, nice colors breakfast room.
The location is also great.
A walking distance from the train station and to the city's center.
Next time in Heilbronn, I will stay there again!
Looks like the hotel was recently renovated. Everything was clean and feels new. 24 hours front desk with the bar downstairs was great. The rooms are big and clean. The shower had strong water pressure and very hot water.
All in all, one of the best value for money I had.
Very nice, small family hotel, where people are actually paying attention to their guests and even know after your first breakfast, how you like your coffee on the next morning. 😊

Beautiful hotel, great uniqe place and decoration. Easter bunnies were great. Receptionist was a great helpful person. Uniqely designed rooms with special themes and colour schemes were a nice touch. Also the bathtub.
After my reservation at this hotel was cancelled, they said sorry and said we are full. Nevertheless, we are compensated. But I don't know who's fault it is Booking.com or the hotel.
Breakfast was really nice with a good amount of options. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Room was nice and clean. And with car you are in no tim in the center of Heilbronn.
Hotel as is was nice, quiet and comfy. Unfortunately we were on move with van+big trailer combo and therefore it was very hard to find a parking for it close to hotel.
The location is very practical for those visiting the Bildungscampus in Heilbronn. The hotel is also within easy walking distance from Heilbronn Central Station.
The hotel is well situated for travellers by car with private parking. The hotel is new and its amenities reflect this. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
