The Hotel staff are good may be but the policies of making deposit for charger or power cable is not good. I got a small bed and its not what I paid .

Beautiful, cosy little town next to Düsseldorf and Cologne. Very silent. There is an Italian rest. (Restaurant und Trattoria La Cantina da Mino Carafa Haan) which is highly recommended to visit. (Prices are good, food ecellent, service excellent).
The rooms are nicely renovated, and the retro-atmosphere of the hotel is preserved.
It would be nice if breakfast could be included in future, because the hotel is at a nice location,
and one could go for a morning walk and then have coffee. It is understandable that there is a lack of
personal, but breakfast is a very nice bonus, and even if it would be simple, coffee and croissants, that would
make a nice addition.
There aren’t enough words to say how pleased we were. The owners were lovely, the apartment was spacious, and comfortable, and welcoming. Truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was taken care of, to include milk and wine in the fridge, an assortment of cereals, and other foods, and snacks. All of this, and across the street from the train station. Easy to get to Düsseldorf or Koln.
The bathroom and bed were both excellent. There was a great coffee machine and a mini bar with surprisingly reasonable prices. High quality, organic shower and body cream. We specifically liked the infinity-style, rather long pool in the spa area and the sauna plus the spa space was decorated with beautiful murals and hotel provides spa towels and bathrobes. We would definitely stay again.
From outside may look not the most modern hotel, but I must say I was very satisfied, with a good service, nice room with pretty comfortable beds and a surprising indoor swimming pool that made my children very happy.
Staff friendly and helpful, they recommended a great bakery in Haan :)
The room was basic but clean, and quiet with good black-out curtains for a restful sleep.
