Check in per keybox, no personal contact with host, all info and rules communicated well before and during visit ( on paper). Self service ( making up beds/ sheets etc. provided ) - service/cleaning ( ? every day). Value for money. For us pleasant experience ( other guests: clean and quite ). Parking in front of house limited ( 3 cars), but more space further in the road available ( free). Very good value for money.
