Not perfect, but, close. Inspirational host. Helpful, informative and forever smiling. The apartment was spotlessly clean and excellently furnished. Everything you need and more. Lovely private little sun trap patio with bench, chair, table, loungers, stool Wonderful proper double bed with double bed mattress! Good bedding. Kitchenette was very clean with kettle, hobs, coffee maker & cafetière. Fridge in the hall with essentials like beer and milk; you have to pay, but, excellent prices! Living area is lovely. WIFI is good. Toilet/showroom was bright with a good cubicle and very good shower with plenty of hot water. Towels good. If you are thinking to stay don’t think; DO! It’s nigh perfect! Oh! Was woken from a snooze Friday early evening by a FREE Bavarian brass band concert in the park next door! Wonderful. If you stay two days, and I did because it’s lovely, you get a FREE pass to the cable car. I loved it.

the apartment is 2 min from nearest bus station that you can access to skiing place, and 10 min on foot from main station. You can buy anything at 2 supermarkets (Edeka, penny). Owners are so friendly and kind to accept us. Almost all equipment for living are inside the apartment and everything are beautifully maintained. in downstairs playrooms and ski stock are useful for long staying family. My kids could also enjoy playing at the beautiful and huge garden.

- The guest house is located in a picturesque location, surrounded by lush greenery and majestic mountains. - It is a very spacious place for 4 persons. Very well arranged for 2 couples as they can have one floor each. There is a bathroom on both floors, while the kitchen is on the first floor. - At night we could enjoy to the sound of trickling water from the stream that passes by the house. We also enjoyed the sound of the cows' bells. The night sky was also full of stars, which was fascinating. - We had a balcony where we had enough room to set up chairs and tables and eat there or sip some coffee. - We had access to a back garden where we could have organised a bbq or just relaxed there. - The place also has a sauna for 2 persons at a time. - The kitchen was super equipped. - We can tell that lots of thought is given to make the place comfortable. - The beds also have the reclining function - The hosts Katrin and Gabi were very nice to us, accommodating and they speak well in English. Gabi even communicated with us (including a phone call) when we had a few queries some 2 weeks before the holiday. - They even surprised us with a plant, card and champagne as we celebrated my father's birthday while there - We were given a discount card which we used to get a free ride on the cable car to Brauneck mountain, which is within walking distance away from the place.

Lovely spacious clean rooms, tastefully decorated in a traditional style. We were both impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

The breakfast was easy but tasty. This accommodation is not primarily for guests used to spend nights in classic hotels. It is a hostel and you need to bear that in mind. This does not change the fact that this accommodation is in a great location. The view of the mountains is truly stunning and healing. The staff was very helpful and warm. We only saw smiles. Parking is free directly in front of the accommodation for hostel guests. We booked two apartments 120 and 121 with their own bathroom and there was also a private kitchen available. Everything beautifully clean. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but someone will definitely like a harder bed. I obviously have a spoiled back :) The attached photo is the view from the window of our apartment. Well isn't that great? At night you go to sleep with the cows in the pasture and in the morning you are woken up by a neighing horse. Nothing else to say. I will definitely return to this accommodation one day.

We stayed for our 2nd wedding anniversary. It was our 2nd time stay (last time was with my wife, and this time welcoming our new born baby). The room, facility and staffs are truly excellent, we could enjoy the every moments in this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.
