A very nice and helpful owner whom I would like to thank for helping me with a minor repair of the bike (I lost a screw from the fender and he looked for a new one in his workshop and gave me a new one). I experienced not only above-standard service (free safe storage of bicycles in the garage) but also human kindness. When I go again to cycle around Lake Constance - one of the stops will definitely be in this hotel.

The apartment was lovely and we enjoyed staying there however th access stairs had a terrible odour but pnce inside the aparent the smell was gone. If the owner would do something about the odour the apartment would be perfect.

I really like the place. It was a clean place biger that expected and showed in the pictyres. the location was really nice close to Aldi, close to the lake, and if you travel with the car it was really good for traveling to Zurich, Liochtenstine. at a fration of the places located in Switzerland and Lichtenstine. A really good choice for a small winter holiday family trip. Also good to travel to Lichtenstine sky pass. (1.5/ 2h drive). The lake it is really colose, you can also have a lake walck during the afternoon or morning, A lost of people runing, one of the best places to run in the mornings or afternoons. :) I have only good things to say for this place. I do not have one bad thing to say about this place. from my side it was one of the best experiences and it was more that we expect from this place. I am planing to go back if possible. I defenetley recomand this place.

Friedrichshafen is an interesting place to visit with lovely walks through the lakeside park and views to the Alps. There are plenty of places to eat and shops to browse.
Everywhere is very clean, tidy and well maintained.
We came for a particular reason which was to visit the Zeppelin Museum and to take a fight on a Zeppelin from the hangar near to the airport.
Regular ferries cross the lake to Konstance which is well worth a visit.

Never got to stay there . There were 3 other sets of customers that waited hours to check in and we never got a call back when trying to check in. The phone number at the desk and kiosk did not have a human to talk to. The phone kept ringing. I did not stay there because there was no one to check us in. I am disappointed that after getting a confirmed reservation no one was there to let us check in. I even paid ahead of time. The kiosk did not work and did not see my reservation. I have a reference number to refer to as well. Great location but I am concerned that this happened and I never got to stay there.

Very nice apartment in front of the Friedrichshafen port and close to the Uferpromenade. Very nice hosts who gave us a warm welcome. Nicely furnished and decorated apartment. Nice living room with a comfortable sofa set and a balcony overlooking the port, a polished wooden dining table, fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, clean and shining bathroom with a large bath tub and a shower, large and comfortable bedrooms! We has a great stay!
Absolutely wonderful place!
Clean and comfortable and nicely decorated, the hosts have thought of every convenience: fully stocked kitchen, nice bedding, cozy couch, warm bathroom floors. The first floor apartment is walking distance to all the beautiful and touristy parts of town, but with a neighborhood feel. We liked it so much we thought of coming back to Friedrichshafen for a month just to stay here; we may have if it had a washer.
Excellent accomodation in Friedrichshafen. I stayed for a business trip for a couple of days. As I was travelling with my dog, this was a much more comfortable solution than a hotel would have been. The apartment is brand new, spacious and well lit. It has everything you could need, including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine with courtesy pods. It will be first on my list for future visits.
The location is easy to reach by car and in walking distance to the Friedrichshafen Convention Center.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and fitted with air conditioning.
Breakfast is also amazing and there’s plenty of parking available!
It’s a beautiful elegant modern hotel. The staff were lovely and the rooms were very practically set up and clean. The rooftop bar is akin to a classic NYC rooftop bar with a thorough menu, fantastic staff, and cool ambiance.

The hotel is situated at a very nice location away from crowded Bodensee. The ambiance of the hotel restaurant, especially the table setting outdoors, was impressive.
We got there late arrival a little after 22:00 in the evening and the 'hotel' though dark and unoccupied at the time had left a key out for our 'apartment'
