Everything was good except that if you stay in the large room, one part of the room has a slanted wall and you could hit your head if you sleep on the bed adjacent to it. We also had a room close to the road and traffic noise could be an issue if one is sensitive to noise. The property is well managed and the staff went out of their way to help guests with questions and special needs. The next time I stay at Arcus I would request for a room away from the road with farm view.

Great location if you want to stop for a night and after continue your journey. It takes place on the outside ring of Munich and It is easy to reach from a highway. Shops, restaurants, bakery and lake are very close to the accommodation. It is easy to check in and out, good rooms and good price. With my family I stop here each year when we travel from Belgium to Croatia and back.

Thank you for your answer. The hotel looks indeed like new, it is very clean and your staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. Free parking on site is excellent. The room is excellent for two persons. If the couch would have been better suited for sleeping on it (with straight and harder mattress), all would have been perfect.
I've stayed only for one night in this pleasent hotel. The stuff was very friendly and not complicated. The lobby and the entrance are renovated and really stylish. Room was also fine and as described during the booking and the breakfast was great, with a lot of choice for adults and kids. No hiden extra charges were requred.
The location is great to visit Munich. We went to the Oktoberfest and it was an easy drive to the S-Bahn station and a straight shot to the city. The breakfast was very nice and the staff provided an excellent service. We also had a very nice time at the bar one night and Mostafa is a very kind and professional barkeeper.
Very good hotel for overnight stays while traveling by car: free parking, easy access to highway. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. If you want to keep your car parked and go to Munich downtown, there is a bus just next corner which connects with S2 (the overall travel to Marienplatz is about 35 mins)

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Just felt the restaurant offerings were just ok in the evening. The breakfast was wonderful. The pillows were really good. The gym was fantastic!! The front desk manager was super-professional, helpful, and extremely dedicated to making the guests happy.
Everybody in the hotel staff were amazing. We had to drop off the luggage for five days and they kept it in the storage and when we checked in again after five days, our luggage was already in the room. Perfect good service.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant were very good. Bus stop in front of the hotel made the use of public transportation to Munich convenient and easy.
In general the hotel is very well managed: clean, modern, easy to find, parking. What is exceptional in this facility is their way of making you smile with every small detail, small surprise?!
Still recommend this hotel even though it lacks AC, on hotter days I would avoid it, other than that highly recommended. Great bakery and a supermarket right next door!
